Oppo Reno 14F 5G Spotted on NBTC Ahead of Global Launch

The Oppo Reno 14 series was launched in China last month, and the lineup is expected to make its global debut soon. Among the upcoming models, Oppo appears to be preparing the Reno 14F 5G, which has recently been spotted on several certification sites, including the NBTC website in India.

Oppo Reno 14F 5G Certified on NBTC, SDPPI, and EEC Sites, Expected as Reno 13F Successor with 6.7-inch Display

Apart from NBTC, the Reno 14F 5G has already been spotted at Indonesia’s SDPPI, Singapore’s Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), and Europe’s EEC certification website, suggesting it will have a global launch. It is expected to replace the Reno 13F 5G model. According to the NBTC listing, the Reno 14F 5G bears the model number RMX3951 and also supports GSM, WCDMA, LTE, and NR networks (5G), indicating it is a 5G-ready phone.

The phone is manufactured in China, and the consistent listing under model number CPH2743 across other certification sites points to a global release. The device is expected to feature a 6.7-inch display, support for 45W fast charging, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of internal storage, according to details from the certification listings. As the Reno 13F 5G’s successor, the Reno 14F 5G is expected to become the third member of the Reno 14 series, and could debut along with Oppo Reno 14 and Reno 14 Pro models.

The original Reno 13F 5G was launched in January this year, with a 6.67-inch OLED screen and the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC. It had a triple rear camera system comprising a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and 2MP macro shooter, and a 32MP front camera.

The Reno 13F 5G was also rated the same for IP66, IP68, and IP69 for dust and water resistance and had a 5,800mAh battery with 45W wired charging. With these certifications now in place, the Oppo Reno 14F 5G’s global debut seems imminent, offering upgraded specs and continuing Oppo’s strong presence in the mid-range 5G smartphone market.
