Realme Neo 7 SE to Launch Under 2,000 Yuan, Competes with Redmi

Realme had recently launched the Realme GT 7 Pro Racing Edition in China, but before it was even released, the company announced that in February it would officially announce the Realme Neo 7 SE in its home market. Now, a new poster has been leaked that displays the price range of the Neo 7 SE, which will compete with the Redmi Turbo 4.

The Redmi Turbo 4, currently available in China, is powered by the Dimensity 8400 Ultra chipset. The base variant with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage starts at 1,999 Yuan (~$275). The Realme Neo 7 SE, as confirmed by an official teaser, will be priced under 2,000 Yuan. It also runs on a Dimensity 8400-Max chipset that has the same internals as the “Ultra” variant on the Redmi, albeit under a different nomenclature.

If Realme were to launch an 8GB RAM variant of the Neo 7 SE, it might also undercharge the Turbo 4, as it would be the cheapest device with the Dimensity 8400. While the chipset is the only thing confirmed by Realme, more details about the Neo 7 SE come from its TENAA listing that appeared last month. It is tipped to feature a 6.78-inch flat AMOLED screen with 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.

The Neo 7 SE is expected to feature a 7,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging support. For cameras, it will offer a 16MP front-facing camera and a dual rear camera setup with a 50MP primary sensor and an 8MP secondary sensor. Additional features include Realme UI 6 based on Android 16, an in-screen fingerprint scanner, and an IR blaster.
