The first benchmark of the upcoming Ryzen 5000H gaming processors have been leaked by @TUM_APISAK and even though it doesn’t seem promising enough but proves AMD is working to brings its next-gen mobile gaming processor soon.
It is the same 8 core, 16 threaded processor but having 3.20 GHz base frequency as well as boost, which means this is most probably an engineering sample.
It scores a mere 166 points in single-core score whereas 1193 points in multi-core and this should improve with more accurate benchmarks in the coming days. The Ryzen 7 5800H features 16MB L3 Cache and the cores are the Zen 3 based.
As we see the processor was seen running on a Lenovo laptop with 16GB RAM in dual channel. So, with this leak, we hope in CES 2021, AMD showcases these new Ryzen 5000 series APUs for mobile.
