Intel Arrow Lake iGPU with Xe-LPG+ based Arc 130T has been tested in Geekbench OpenCL benchmark where it beats heavy power Xe2-based Arc 140V. Intel Arrow Lake-H “Core Ultra 200H” series is launching at CES of the year 2025 and while we have seen some leaks of its specs, early benchmarks also start to pop up indicating both CPU and GPU benchmark performance and content.

Intel Arrow Lake iGPU Outperforms Arc 140V in Early Geekbench Tests
This processor family includes the Intel Core Ultra 225H “Arrow Lake-H,” which features 4 P-Cores + 10 E-Cores, giving it a total of 14 cores and threads. It has a 1.70 GHz base clock and a boost clock of 4.9 GHz, with 18 MB of L3 cache. The chip was tested in a Samsung “NP965XHD” laptop with 16GB of RAM. Based upon the Xe-LPG+ “Alchemist+” graphics architecture, with 7 Xe cores (112 execution units) and 8 GB of shared system memory, the integrated Arc 130T iGPU delivers exceptional multimedia performance.
For performance, the Arc 130T scored 33,508 points in OpenCL, which is higher than the score of around 27-28K points of the Arc 140V. This particular model was able to top out at 27,109 points in the Arc 140V (16 GB variant). In comparison, the AMD Radeon 890M is capable of only about 37,804 points under the same benchmark, with a configuration that does not include the full Xe-LPG+ setup.
This performance gap may be due to the Xe-LPG+ architecture’s improved support for older OpenCL APIs, as opposed to Intel’s Xe2 cores, which are optimized for newer APIs. Additionally, the difference in performance could be influenced by the fact that the Lunar Lakne SoC is a 17-30W chip, while Arrow Lake-H can scale up to 115W.
CPU-wise, the Intel Core Ultra 225H scored 2547 points in single-core and 12,448 points in multi-core tests. These scores show a slight increase over the Core Ultra 155H, which scores between 2200–2300 in single-core and 11-12K in multi-core. While the CPU performance uplift isn’t drastic, the improvement over previous iGPUs, especially Meteor Lake’s, is notable. Given the time before these laptops are released, further optimizations and performance improvements are expected.
