It is believed that the iQOO 13 will launch in China soon and then later in India by December according to reports. Although there have been multiple leaks pertaining to the device now it has appeared on both 3C and MIIT certification sites revealing some of its key specifications. The iQOO 13, for example, has just been listed on the 3C certification site with model number V2408A and will indeed support up to 100W wired fast charging which is a little odd since the iQOO 12 also offered 120W fast charging.
The Upcoming iQOO 13
Likewise, the same model number also visited the MIIT certification site. iQOO 13 will be a dual-SIM phone with support for 5G if the listing is to be believed. It may run Android 14. Yet, neither the certification site directly refers to the name of the phone. As for its display, the device is expected to feature a 6.7-inch 2K AMOLED panel with a 144Hz refresh rate, similar to its predecessor but with a BOE-made screen.
Powering the device will most probably be a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset, an upgrade over the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 present in the iQOO 12. The device will also support up to 16GB RAM and 512GB internal storage, the same as the iQOO 12. In terms of cameras, the device is rumored to have a 50MP Sony IMX921 main camera, replacing the 50MP Omnivision OV50H sensor found in the iQOO 12.
It is expected to retain the same 50MP Samsung ISOCELL JN1 ultrawide lens, while the telephoto lens is set to be a 50MP Sony IMX826 with 2x zoom, replacing the 64MP 3x OmniVision sensor from its predecessor. The 3C listing also points to the device featuring 100W fast charging support. However, the device may house a larger 6,150mAh battery, an upgrade from the 5,000mAh battery found in the iQOO 12.
