Kerala Blasters defeat East Bengal with remarkable comeback

Jesus Jimenez had the best chance of the first half, hitting the far post while Prabhsukhan Gill stood rooted to the spot. Former Blasters forward Diamantakos set up the visitors’ goal, with local boy Vishnu scoring against his home-state club.

However, the Torch Bearers would find themselves on level terms once again, following a brilliant finish from Noah Sadaoui. The Moroccan produced a powerful low finish to slot the ball between Gill’s feet.

However, Kwame Peprah came off the bench to score the winner. The forward was relatively unchallenged when striking the ball, with Gill letting in a very easy goal. The former Kerala Blasters player was not confident between the sticks at all, and the result speaks for itself.

Did Anwar Ali make his debut?
