Oppo is prepping a June 18 release of the Oppo Reno and the Oppo 12F 5G, and now a phone believed to be the latter has been listed on Geekbench. It’s identifiable by model number CPH2637 and managed scores of 677 and 1415 in single and multi-core tests, respectively. The details of this mid-range phone have been leaked in the Geekbench listing.
The Upcoming OPPO Reno 12F 4G and 5G
Under the hood, the Oppo Reno 12F 5G will be driven by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC, which is a 6nm octa-core processor with a clock speed up to 2.40GHz on its high-performance cores, the listing reveals. It has 6 low-power cores with 2 high-performance cores. Expected glass of Mali-G57 GPU and 8 GB of RAM on the phone On top of that, it will ship with Android 14 from the get-go.
Both handsets are expected to be powered by a 5,000mAh battery and 45W SuperVOOC charging technology. In addition, the phone had reportedly surfaced on multiple certification listings like India’s BIS affirming its launch date to be June 18.
The launch of the Oppo Reno 12F will be available with both 4G and 5G. It will come with the Snapdragon 680 Soc for the 4G model. The duo will carry a vertically aligned triple rear camera system with a 50MP OV50D primary, 8MP ultrawide, and 2MP depth lenses. The front gets a 32MP Sony IMX615 sensor placed in a punch-hole for selfies. While the 5G variant is confirmed for India and other Asian markets, the availability of the 4G variant in India remains uncertain.
Price estimates from reliable sources suggest the 4G variant could start at around $300 (approximately ₹25,000), implying the 5G variant will likely be priced slightly higher. Color options for both variants include orange, green, and grey.
