iQOO Neo 9s Pro Set to Launch in China on May 20th

The last official announcement for iQOO Neo 9s Pro has been that the official launch date of the NEO 9s Pro has finally revealed its debut in China. Last week it was rumored, but iQOO has been teasing the Neo 9s Pro for a while now. After multiple leaks, the iQOO Neo 9s Pro is poised to be the most recent addition to the iQOO Neo 9 series. The news was announced on Weibo by the company, and according to them, the market of the Neo series will be introduced in China on the 20th of May.

In addition to this new smartphone, they will also reveal their first gift box for the NBA for the NEO 9s Pro. The smartphone’s design is very similar to that of the iQOO Neo 9 Pro – large rear cameras that are set individually in the top-left corner. The iQOO Neo 9s Pro is initially available in White, complete with a patterned back design. The upcoming device may introduce other color variants when it becomes available. However, no details have been released regarding the device’s distribution beyond other markets such as India.

With the iQOO Neo 9s Pro confirmed to feature the new MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC, the upcoming device integrates MediaTek’s latest chipset solus flagship chip unveiled during the year. The former status derivative offers enhanced CPU clocking compared to the Dimensity 9300. The following are factors to expect from the device’s specifications: the device will have a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 144Hz for a smooth and immersive viewer experience.

On the hardware front, the smartphone will run on the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+, the flagship processor from MediaTek, which boasts faster clock speeds compared to its predecessor, as a result enhancing the performance. The device will likely have up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage to support all the apps, media content, and files without running out of storage space.

Coming to the photography department, the iQOO Neo 9s Pro is rumored to feature a camera system composed of a 50MP primary camera and a 50MP ultra-wide camera on the rear, as well as a 16MP front face camera for selfies and video calls. Powering the device is a sizable 5,160mAh battery, which should provide extended usage time, especially when coupled with the support for 120W fast charging, enabling users to quickly recharge their device. On the software front, the iQOO Neo 9s Pro is expected to run OriginOS 4.0, based on the latest Android 14 operating system, delivering a feature-rich and customizable user experience.
