More About the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6
Known tipster Steve Hemmerstoffer in collaboration with Smartprix shared computer-aided design (CAD) images of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 resembling the Phantom Black variant of the Galaxy Z Fold 5. Unlike Samsung’s models with rounded corners the Galaxy Z Fold 6 sports edges reminiscent of those seen on the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
The external screen of the Galaxy Z Fold 6 boasts a hole punch cutout positioned at the center of the camera. Moreover, there are expectations for an embedded camera on the display for video calls when unfolded. The images also reveal a camera setup with three aligned cameras similar to its predecessor. Furthermore Samsung sticks to tradition, by keeping the power and volume buttons on the side of the device.
The bottom edge features a USB Type-C port and speaker grille positioned at the center with each half adorned accordingly. Recent sources suggest that the next Galaxy Z Fold 6 will come equipped with a 6.2-inch screen and a 7.6-inch inner display.
The device is purported to measure 153.5 x 132.5 x 6.1mm and lacks an S Pen storage area. Consequently, it is thicker than competing models such as the Honor Magic V2, Pixel Fold, and OnePlus Open.
