According to the tweet of Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, Apple may disclose the date of the launching event of the iPhone 12 later this week. Apple is expected to unveil the new Apple Watch, iPad model, and iPhone 12 series smartphone through a virtual event. But according to a tipster, Apple has scheduled a press meet on 8th September at 9 AM (6 PM IST), but the Apple Watch and the iPad are set to debut on 7th September.
Normally, Apple follows a tradition to launch its new iPhone model in September, and to maintain this tradition, Apple is going to be introduced its new flagship series- iPhone 12 series, which includes- iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro, and iPhone 12 Pro Max. This year the company is believed to have delayed the launch of the new iPhone models due to the pandemic COVID-19 situation. Qualcomm has also suggested a delay in the debut of Apple’s new flagship series smartphones due to the supply contains (the 5G modems).

However, Apple is decided that they will be discontinuing the iPhone XR and iPhone 11 Pro after the iPhone 12 launch. It is reported that iPhone 12 will be launched with a more powerful processor (Apple A14 Bionic) and better cameras. According to the source, the iPhone 11, which has a starting price of $699 (51,822.11 Indian Rupee), should get a price cut of $150 (11,123.28 Indian Rupee) and the new price will be set at $549 (40,698.99 Indian Rupee), making the last year’s flagship smartphone much more affordable than before.
According to Gurman’s reports, the iPhone 12 and Apple Watch announcement event could be hosted at a later stage and the Cupertino giant will also be introducing us with next-generation Apple Watch at its virtual event.
