The source claims that three contract manufacturers in India are now in talks with HTech to create Honor phones there. Most well-known brands from all over the world, including Honor, are steadily expressing interest in manufacturing in India thanks to the “Make in India” campaign and government incentives for those preferring local manufacturing.
One of the biggest mobile manufacturing plants in India already belongs to Samsung, and it is largely located in Noida. Samsung manufactures phones in the factory at a variety of price points.
Sheth, a member of the Honor family worldwide, affirms that India is regarded as a significant expanding market and says that the company’s 2024 strategy is in place. He says the company is planning “something big” for the Indian market, but he makes no specific mention of what it is.
With the Honor 90 5G, HTech hopes to sell 50,000 devices through both online and offline channels during the current holiday season. The business intends to achieve sales of up to Rs. 60 crore over this time, according to Sheth.
