Xiaomi is gearing up for the November launch of its Xiaomi 14 series, which is anticipated to consist of three models: the Xiaomi 14, Xiaomi 14 Pro, and Xiaomi 14 Ultra. Recently, the basic Xiaomi 14 model was spotted on 3C certification, confirming its support for 90W fast charging. Now, there’s exciting news the Xiaomi 14 Pro has also obtained 3C certification in China.
The Upcoming Xiaomi 14 Pro
The 3C certification documentation reveals that the upcoming Xiaomi 14 Pro (with model number 23116PN5BC) will boast an impressive 120W fast charging capability. Additionally, it is confirmed to have 5G connectivity support. Previous leaks, courtesy of tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo, have hinted at the Xiaomi 14 Pro featuring an AMOLED display with a sharp 2K resolution. The device is expected to feature slim bezels around the display and potentially offer a high level of brightness.
Regarding its camera setup, the Xiaomi 14 Pro is rumored to include a triple-camera configuration, with a 50MP primary camera that may support variable aperture settings. The device is expected to feature a 4,860mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging, as verified by the 3C certification. In addition to wired fast charging, it is speculated that the smartphone will also support 50W wireless charging. Powering the Xiaomi 14 Pro could be the formidable Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.
In terms of specifications the standard Xiaomi 14, it may offer up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. All models in the Xiaomi 14 series are expected to run on MIUI 15 out of the box. Recent leaks from Digital Chat Station suggest that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will sport an impressive 1-inch Sony LYT900 primary sensor, accompanied by three 50MP sensors. Two of these sensors might provide 3x and 5x zoom capabilities, while the remaining one could serve as an ultra-wide lens. Similar to the Xiaomi 14 Pro, the Ultra model is also expected to feature an AMOLED display.
While Xiaomi has not officially disclosed the launch date for the Xiaomi 14 series, previous leaks suggest that it may debut in China during the first week of November. Additionally, alongside the Xiaomi 14 series, Xiaomi is anticipated to unveil the Xiaomi Watch S3 smartwatch, rumored to offer 4G connectivity.
