Want a 6GHz network - Google is planning to test it out_TechnoSports.co.in.co.in

When the entire world has gone crazy to implement 5G, the SoC maker giant MediaTek and the Korean giant Samsung reported their work on 6G. At this moment, Google is planning to test a better new Wi-Fi technology with a 6Ghz network. Recent FCC filings are saying Google wants to go with this plan in multiple states across the US and the testing process will continue for 24 months long.

The test set up of the 6Ghz network is going to implement in various states of the US including Colorado, Florida, Arizona, New York, Illinois, Kansas, and California.

The first move is to “conduct radio experiments in and near the 6GHz bands (5650 MHz – 7125 MHz)” installed in some limited cities. Google is thinking to test this network in two or three cities of the states, though around seven cities are included of its own state California.

Google wrote – “Google proposes to conduct experimental propagation testing in the 6GHz band to produce technical information relevant to the utility of these frequencies for providing reliable broadband connections,”

From the trust on Google, we can expect a positive outcome after 24 months of testing. No doubt, the Wi-Fi speed of 6Ghz band will double the speed as well as make connections more reliable.
