Initially scheduled to commence on October 15, recent reports have indicated a postponement of the launch date to October 20, although the specific reasons behind this decision have not yet been disclosed.

Reality shows like Bigg Boss and Khatron Ke Khiladi encounter a major challenge when it comes to attracting viewership, particularly during popular sports events. Cricket, which is widely considered a religion in India, manages to capture the attention of a significant portion of the audience.
Therefore, in an effort to avoid a possible decline in Television Rating Points (TRPs), the Bigg Boss 17 organizers have chosen to alter the planned release date.
