Epson Introduces 8 New Laser Projectors with Longer Lifespan and Brighter Images

Epson’s most recent projectors offer impressive visuals and image quality, featuring enhanced brightness throughout their entire range. These projectors serve as a great alternative to Flat Panel Displays (FPDs). Epson’s laser light source projectors allow users to establish vibrant and distinct large-screen settings suitable for corporate presentations, classroom instruction, and digital signage. The improved Full HD (FHD) resolution further enhances the sharpness and clarity of the images.

In the Ultra Short Throw series, users can expect a wider aspect ratio, with a maximum screen size of 150 inches, and the introduction of a new 21:9 aspect ratio for FHD models. The Standard Throw and Short Throw models offer new aspect ratios of 16:6 and 21:9, enabling projection on screens of up to 300 inches in each aspect ratio. Furthermore, the long-lasting laser light source ensures consistent performance and minimal maintenance to zero maintenance.

Important characteristics of the recently introduced projectors:

  • The newer models have a higher level of brightness compared to their predecessors.
  • The resolution has been improved from RFHD to FHD in order to provide superior image quality in all recent releases.
  • The Standard and Short Throw FHD models have undergone a change in aspect ratios. The Standard model now has an aspect ratio of 16:6, while the Short Throw FHD model has an aspect ratio of 21:9. These aspect ratios allow for screen sizes of up to 300 inches in each respective aspect ratio. This update expands the screen options available across different models.
  • Ultra-Short Throw models have a screen aspect ratio of 21:9 and can project images up to a massive 150 inches in size.
  • The signage feature enables convenient video playback for signage purposes utilizing Epson’s content playback functionality.
  • The laser light source has a duration of 20,000 hours when used in normal mode.
  • Ultra Short Throw models offer interactive features that support both pen and finger touch functionality, enabling a collaborative experience. These advanced capabilities enhance the interactivity of the models, allowing users to engage actively and work together effectively.
