Filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri released the trailer of his upcoming series “The Kashmir Files Unreported” here today. It whispered the show consists of the research, archival footage, and interviews he did for his 2022 flick “The Kashmir Files.”
The seven-part ZEE5 series researches the “historical, ethnical, and geopolitical details, condensing the events, mistakes, crimes, and situations that led to the massacre and mass exodus of Kashmiri Pandits as of the valley in the 1990s”, the streaming provision said in a statement.
According to the makers, the show topographies conversations with historians, experts, and real-life victims besides their families.
Vivek Agnihotri appealed that “The Kashmir Files Unreported” is a “type of nationwide archive” that will serve in place of a “document for the future.”

“It is a type of national library, which ZEE5 is bringing to the world here and now. It is a valuable, important, and priceless documentation,” the filmmaker told reporters.
As a portion of his research, Vivek Agnihotri said the team cooperated with authorities in Kashmir and went through Parliament records, files, books, newspapers, international films, and videos. They also interacted with journalists who covered the events of the time in Kashmir, he supplementary.
