Razer has just announced the release of the Razer Blade 14 Gaming laptop, which combines AMD’s Ryzen 9 7940HS processor with NVIDIA’s RTX 40 GPUs. The Razer Blade 14’s all-new AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS processor, together with the latest NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 Series laptop graphics and faster DDR5-5600MHz SO-DIMM memory, allows it to quickly slice through demanding gaming and creative workloads.
This power is delivered to users via an immersive 16:10 aspect ratio QHD+ 240Hz display with excellent color depth and contrast. With two USB4 Type-Cs and two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports that support a full suite of peripherals, including Thunderbolt docks, customers are kept connected.
The new Razer Blade 14 has a bigger 68.1 Wh battery that enables up to 10 hours of battery life to get users through a full day of work or play.
A new Battery Health Optimizer option has been added to Razer Synapse, allowing users who like to stay plugged in to limit the charge capacity of the battery and better safeguard its health over time.
The new AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS CPU, the world’s fastest ultrathin processor, blasting up to 5.2GHz and boasting AMD Ryzen AI, the world’s first dedicated artificial intelligence engine on a Windows x86 chip, is at the core of the laptop.
AMD Ryzen AI hardware is built directly into the processor, allowing it to tackle AI workloads as quickly and efficiently as possible while freeing up the CPU and GPU for non-AI duties.
The new Razer Blade 14 is as powerful as it is portable, with an all-new GeForce RTX 4070 laptop GPU capable of attaining up to 140 W TGP to give more graphics power per cubic inch than any other 14-inch gaming laptop. Beyond raw power, the RTX 40 Series Laptop GPU in the Blade 14 can employ AI-driven NVIDIA DLSS 3 frame creation to boost performance even further.
The Razer Blade 14 gaming laptop comes with a starting price of USD 2,399.99 / €2,799.99 MSRP. It will be available for purchase starting from June 14, 2023, at 8 am PT.
