Only a year after signing from Fulham, Fabio Carvalho will leave Liverpool to sign for RB Leipzig on loan. Several players with expiring contracts have been allowed to leave the club this summer, to facilitate the squad rebuild. The list of players leaving as free agents includes veteran James Milner, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Roberto Firmino and Naby Keita. Arthur will be returning to Juventus as he was on loan at Merseyside, but barely managed to get any playing time due to injuries.

Milner has moved on from Liverpool to sign for Brighton, while Oxlade-Chamberlain and Firmino are yet to decide where they will play next.
