Xiaomi Civi 3: A Sneak Peek into the Upcoming Smartphone Launch

The introduction of the Xiaomi Civi 3 is scheduled for May 25 in China, according to the firm. The new Civi 3 smartphone will take the place of the Xiaomi Civi 2, which was unveiled in September of last year. The Xiaomi Civi 3 is rumored to include a dual-tone design and a rear camera module with a circular shape.

The colors that it will be offered in include Coconut Grey, Rose Purple, Mint Green, and Adventure Gold. A 50-megapixel primary camera is part of the triple rear camera system on the Xiaomi Civi 3. The MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC will power the device.

To reveal the Civi 3 launch date, Xiaomi published a number of teaser photographs on Weibo. On May 25, at 2:00 PM local time (11:30 AM IST), the event will take place in China. As previously indicated, the teasers display the Xiaomi Civi 3 in four various color schemes: Adventure Gold, Coconut Grey, Mint Green, and Rose Purple. These colors were created in collaboration with WGSN.

According to the ads, the phone will have three back cameras, the main one being a 50-megapixel shooter that had optical image stabilization (OIS). Additionally, a circular camera module and a dual-tone design are displayed. The MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC will power the Xiaomi Civi 3, according to Xiaomi. There are still some hidden facts regarding the device.

The 6.55-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display on the Xiaomi Civi 3 will have a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, according to a prior leak. It includes 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage, as per reports. Dual front-facing 32-megapixel cameras with a 100-degree field of vision are expected to be present on the device. With compatibility for 67W rapid charging, it might contain a 4,500mAh battery.

With a starting price of CNY 2,399 (about Rs. 27,000) for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage option, the Xiaomi Civi 2 was introduced in China in September of last year. It hasn’t been introduced outside of China.
