Finally after all teasers and leaks, today, Samsung India has launched its new Galaxy A14 5G smartphone in India at an attractive starting price of ₹14,999 including all offers.
Available in three awesome colors, Dark Red, Light Green and Black, the new Samsung Galaxy A14 5G is here to target the budget smartphones like Realme 10 or Redmi Note 12 5G.
There are three variants of this device – 4 GB RAM & 64 GB storage, 6 GB RAM & 128 GB storage, and 8 GB RAM & 128 GB storage with expandability up to 1TB.
Samsung Galaxy A14 5G Specifications
This new entry-level Samsung device comes with all the necessary specs you need in 2023 including a 6.6″ 1080 x 2408 (FHD+) LCD Display with 90Hz refresh, yes not AMOLED unfortunately. However, the Galaxy A14 5G boasts an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor with dual 2.2GHz Cortex-A76 cores and six 2GHz Cortex-A55 cores.
In terms of connectivity, you have Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth v5.2 and a USB Type-C port. Now, coming to the cameras you get a 50MP primary sensor with a 1.8 aperture accompanied by 2 MP f/2.4 (macro) and 2 MP, f/2.4 (ultra-wide). Also, you have a front camera of 13 MP, f/2.0 and it’s pretty basic for this price.
For software, you have the latest OneUI 5.0 based on Android 13, dual SIM support with microSD card support and finally a 3.5mm headphone jack as well. You get a basic side-mounted fingerprint sensor to unlock your Galaxy A14 5G and in terms of 5G bands you have support for almost all major bands like N1, N3, N5, N7, N8, N20, N28, N40, N41 and N78.
