Brentford have signed Kevin Schade on loan from Bundesliga club Freiburg. The agreement between the two clubs is for an option to buy, valued at €24 million. The Premier League side are expected to complete the deal for a record fee, and Schade will be expected to sign a five-year deal with them once his transfer is made permanent.
The youngster has been presented by Brentford, and he will be wearing the number 9 shirt during his time with the Bees.

“I think Kevin is a typical Brentford signing. He is a young, promising talent that we see a big potential in. We have been following him for a while and we think he will suit our style of play,” Brentford head coach Thomas Frank said about Kevin Schade.
“He can play anywhere across our front three positions. He could play for us on either wing or as the central striker. He has great pace and is very promising in the way he runs behind defences.
“He is very good aerially, in both boxes, and can develop even more to be a real threat as an offensive option with his head.”
The 21-year-old has great pace, and has been showing great potential during his time in Germany. And now, it is up to Frank to get the best out of another promising youngster as Brentford look to secure a top half finish.
