Rohit Shetty and Ranveer Singh collaborate for a fantastic fun-filled film titled, ‘Cirkus’. The film basically is the signature of Rohit Shetty’s directorial. The film has been jointly produced by Rohit Shetty Picturez, Reliance Entertainment, and T-Series.
Deepika Padukone was also seen in the trailer, making a special appearance. The film also stars Jacqueline Fernandez, Pooja Hegde, Sanjay Mishra, Ashwini Kalsekar, Mukesh Tiwari, Siddharth Jadhav, and Varun Sharma.
The new trailer represents Ranveer in a titular role, but the twist is both twins are unaware of their existence. Varun Sharma plays a double role in this comedy caper. Ranveer is playing the role of an “Electric Man” who is a part of a circus. He holds a superpower to harness electricity and perform special acts in the circus. Johny Lever will be seen in terrific form with a punch one-liner. Sanjay Mishra makes the new trailer more enjoyable along with his deadpan humor. Deepika Padukone has a surprise appearance in a song with Ranveer Singh. The couple makes the set more energetic and funnier. The hook steps of the song are really amazing.
Cirkus is set in the 1960s and will hit theatres on Christmas this year. Both Ranveer and Varun play dual roles in the film. In the trailer, which was released on Friday, Ranveer Singh was called everything from ‘electric man’ to ‘kudrat ka karisma (a miracle)’ who discovers his body gives out literal ‘currents’. As Ranveer and Varun travel to different places, from lavish mansions to circuses and sets, they meet people, who keep telling them they look familiar.
While Ranveer has two love interests in Pooja and Jacqueline already, he is joined by actor-wife Deepika Padukone for a song in the trailer. Dressed in a bright pink ethnic look, Deepika is seen matching Ranveer every step of the way as they give an electrifying dance performance on stage. Fans could not get enough of the two, with one commenting under the official YouTube trailer, “Time 03:19 is the best.” That’s when Deepika makes her entry.

The new trailer confirms this laugh booster will hit on 23rd December 2022.
