The new iPad and Apple TV 4K are here with a lot of new features and much-needed changes which also include performance improvements as well. As we know Apple is very reluctant in this RAM upgrade for its devices and heavily relies on its chipsets to perform, so even an iPhone 13 with A14 Bionic is limited to 4GB RAM.

So, its older iPad (9th Gen) was limited to 3GB RAM and the older Apple TV 4K sported the same amount of RAM. Now, they both have finally been upgraded in 2022 and while the new Apple TV 4K now sports A15 Bionic chip but the iPad (10th Gen) has now got the older A14 Bionic.

As per Macrumour’s finding, the new Xcode 14.1 Release does in fact confirms that both of these new Apple device seems to be getting a GB of RAM upgrade. On the other hand, the new Apple iPad Pros with M2 chip will get 8GB of RAM in variants to 512GB storage while the 1TB or 2TB flagship variants will get up to 16GB RAM.
