Redmi Note 11R with Dimensity 700 SoC Launched in China

A new Redmi Note has been launched in China dubbed as Redmi Note 11R. Xiaomi keeps the Redmi Note 11 train going and is planning to launch yet another member of the ever-growing series. The device with model number 22095RA98C appeared on China Telecom with the name Redmi Note 11R.

The upcoming Redmi smartphone will support a 5G network. Reports also claim the Redmi Note 11R 5G will feature a bigger battery and offer a high refresh rate. The leaked renders suggest the upcoming Redmi Note 11R 5G will flaunt a textured rear panel with a large camera module.

Redmi Note 11R Specifications

Redmi Note 11R is built around a 6.58-inch display (LCD), with a resolution of 2408 x 1080 pixels (FHD+) and a 90Hz refresh rate. The screen offers a 240Hz touch sampling rate, a 1500:1 contrast ratio, and a dewdrop notch. It is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset paired with LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.2 storage.

The handset comes with a dual-camera system comprising a 50MP primary shooter and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, it sports a 5MP snapper for selfies and video calls. It boots MIUI 13 based on Android 12. Note 11R gets its juice from a 5,000mAh battery, which carries support for 10W standard wired charging.

The connectivity options on the phone include dual SIM, 5G, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.1, GNSS, and USB Type-C. The smartphone also comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack, a dedicated MicroSD card slot, an IR blaster, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and an IP52 rating.

The device comes in three colors, namely Ice Crystal Galaxy, Mysterious Black Realm, and Polar Blue Ocean. The Redmi Note 11R will retail at the following price tags in China starting September 30. The 4GB + 128GB variant priced at ¥1,299 ($180), 6GB + 128GB at ¥1,499 ($208) and 8GB + 128GB at ¥1,699 ($236).
