A new colour variant of the Realme 9i 5G has been introduced in India. The smartphone was released in Metallic Gold and Rocking Black last month. A new color option called Soulful Blue will be available soon on Flipkart.
The Realme 9i 5G Soulful Blue and light blue colour hue on a gradient back panel. Other than a new colour, the specification of the phone remains unchanged. The handset comes with a 6.6-inch display with a 90Hz refresh rate, a MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC, a 50-megapixel triple rear camera setup, and a 5,000mAh battery.
Realme 9i 5G Specifications
The 9i 5G sports a 6.6-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400) display with 90Hz refresh rate and 400 nits brightness. Under the hood, the smartphone gets an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 810 5G SoC paired with up to 6GB of RAM. A microSD card slot lets you expand the storage up to 1TB.
For photos and videos, the Realme 9i 5G packs a triple rear camera. There is a 50-megapixel main sensor with f/1.8 aperture lens, a portrait shooter, and a macro camera. For selfies and video calls, the smartphone gets an 8-megapixel sensor with an f/2.0 aperture lens.
This phone packs a 5000mAh battery that supports 18W Dart fast charging. The device runs the Realme UI 3.0 based on Android 12. There is also a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, dual-SIM, 5G, 4G, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, A-GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Realme says that the smartphone comes with Dynamic RAM Expansion technology that adds virtual RAM in order to improve app responsiveness. It also gets a Vintage CD Design with a reflective texture.
The Realme 9i 5G price in India is set at Rs. 14,999 for the base 4GB RAM + 64GB storage version and Rs. 16,999 for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. The latest colour option is called Soulful Blue and it will be available soon from the e-commerce platform Flipkart.
