Chelsea have been ranked 7th in the list of the world club of the decade, making them the highest ranking Premier League team. They have surpassed the entirety of the big six, which includes Manchester City, Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur.
The ranking created by IFFHS places Barcelona at the top of the list, with their arch rivals Real Madrid placed second despite their five Champions League trophies in the last ten years.

The West London side won their first Champions League title in 2012, while they won their second in 2021. They have also won the Europa League twice over the decade, making them the most successful European team in all of England.
Bayern Munich, PSG, Atletico Madrid and Juventus are placed ahead of the Blues. The rating is derived from the victories and draws of each competition. And Barcelona have been able to claim the top spot once again, after earning the spot last time around too.
