Idrissa Gana-Gueye left for PSG in 2019, but remained in touch with the board in England. As a result, a return for him has materialised since he is considered surplus to requirements at PSG.

Alongside the Senegalese, Manchester United youngster James Garner will also be making the move to Goodison Park. The two clubs have reached an agreement over a £15 million transfer fee. And United have also included a buyback clause in his contract.

The player has agreed to the move, and has finalised a contract of five years until 2027. It will soon be signed, and he will also become a new Everton player for the coming season.
