Chelsea are looking at Benjamin Sesko as a potential option to bolster their attack for the current season. The RB Salzburg attacker has interest from Manchester United as well, and they ar aware of other clubs keeping a track on their man too.

The youngster has a contract with the Austrian club until 2026, and Salzburg prefer to sell him next summer. They have already had to let go of Karim Adeyemi to Borussia Dortmund, and don’t want to lose another important youngster this summer.

Benjamin Sesko a potential option for Chelsea

The 19-year-old is valued at €30 million, and Salzburg will want a fee in excess of that for him. Chelsea are exploring an option to offload Timo Werner back to RB Leipzig this summer. If that happens, they will only have Armando Broja and Kai Havertz as the centre-forwards in the team. And the latter is not a natural striker too.

This past season, Benjamin Sesko scored 10 goals and provided 7 assists in 36 games. As a result, he has the talent to make it at the top level. His tall stature also makes him a threat in the opposition box, and difficult for defenders to deal with.

As of now, Chelsea will have to compete with Manchester United for the player. They are also exploring former Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang as an option to bolster their attack for the coming season.
