Here is the list of the Top 10 Most-Watched Movies of Last Week 

All the OTT Platforms are geared up to launch some summer-filled blockbuster movies, and it will provide a kick-off with their incredible film lineup of the last week. In addition, it is expected that all the OTT platforms will be filled with many original release films and shows in the coming days. 

Last week, all the OTT platforms were released in many film categories, whether it is a thriller, rom-com, or action. This May, there are several films in which the audience has shown more love by watching mostly. 

Here is a list of the Top 10 most-watched Movies of Last week:  

10. K.G.F: Chapter 1 

The story is based on the 1970s, about a gangster who visits undercover as a  slave to assassinate the owner of an infamous gold mine. Yash features the lead role in the film. It is a power pack and a fantastic action film. The film reveals how poverty, pain, and hatred make a man furious in the future. 

9. Top Gun 

The story is based on a Navy soldier who serves for 30 years as the Navy’s top aviator, Pete Mitchell is where he belongs, pushing the envelope like a courageous test pilot and just ignoring advancement in rank. 

8. Jhund 

The story of the film is based on the life of the social worker Vijay Barse who inspires slum kids to form a football team. In this film, Big B is playing the role. It reveals an intriguing peek into the world of Jhund. It depicts a man named Vijay(Amitabh Bachchan)who has established NGO named Slum Soccers. Vijay is a professor who has taken it on himself to give better lives to street children by providing them and also concentrating on the purpose. He brings them together and also motivates them to concentrate on the purpose which is to play football as a team or in hind as a ‘Jhund’. 

7. The Matrix Resurrections 

This is one of the best films, after returning to the world of two realities one is about everyday life, and the other is about the lies behind that. Now to know the truth, Mr. Anderson has to follow a white rabbit once again. 

6. The  Batman 

Robert Pattinson has yet to arrive in theatres next year, it has finally finished its filming. It is true that the pandemic caused a huge delay in the debut of Robert Pattinson as the Caped Crusader, it all has set for the bat signs to be the point to the incoming release. It seems that the excitement has been ramped up for Matt Reeves in the first film in his reboot as the most loved superhero franchise. 

Previously we have seen all the latest Bat villains and also a new Bat cast contains Barry Keoghan, who has currently shared a set of images. This is anticipation that has been rose along the first folks upset based on Bruce Wayne’s main casting updates of their tongues that is very faster than one can raise the signal of the bat.

The story is about a paraplegic Marine dispatched to the moon Pandora with a unique mission that becomes torn between following the orders and protecting the world that he assumes as his home. 

4. Uncharted 

Tom Holland and Mark Wahlberg’s latest action-adventure film, Uncharted has been dropped. The film has been a nonstop thrill ride from the beginning to the ending, and the new trailer has been provided a new look into the Sony and PlayStation Productions movie that has been adapted from the story of the successful game franchise having the same name. This time there is also much new footage of Wahlberg and Tom Holland’s characters that has been revealed. They are playing as the head of a lifetime in search of the long-lost treasure. It also depicts some high-speed chases, booby-trapped puzzles, and also the ship battle in the middle of the air. 

3. Spider-Man: No Way Home 

After Spider-Man’s identity become revealed, peter asks  Doctor Strange for help. While a  spell takes a wrong turn, the dangerous foes from the multiverse have started to come and forcing Peter to discover what truly means to be Spider-Man. 

2. Beast 

The story is based on a shopping mall hijacking in Chennai by terrorists who hold the visitors as the prisoner, Veera Raghavan who is a spy also trapped in the mall and take the decision to save the prisoners by defeating the enemies. 

1. The Kashmir Files 

The story of the film revolves around the curfew situation in Kashmir and also reveals the people’s reaction to it. It depicts the condition of Kashmiri Pandits who are feeling helpless. It exposes the exact tense and pressure condition and everyone is demanding justice. This film also reveals Kashmir in the middle of the civil and communal situations along with Kashmir Pandits hoping to get relief and peace. It contains such intellectual kinds. The conflicts among who is right, the protestors become demanding  ‘azaadi’ and have the locals who also have left bleeding into the streets. 

The film also reveals that 100,000 of an estimated Kashmiri Pandit population of 140,000 left the valley between February and March 1990 and within 2011 more of them left the valley and now there are around 3,000 families staying in the valley.
