Sunrisers Hyderabad and Royal Challengers Bangalore (SRH vs RCB) are set to play against each other in the 54th match of TATA IPL 2022. Royal Challengers Bangalore have sealed the fourth spot on the points table. The franchise played eleven matches in this TATA IPL season and won six matches. They played their last game against Chennai Super Kings and won it by 13 runs. Mahipal Lomror and Faf du Plessis were the highest scorers in that game. The former stacked 42 runs and the latter scored 38 runs respectively for the team.

The Kane Williamson-led side has lost three games in a row and they will be looking to get their campaign back on track soon. They are likely to bring back T Natarajan into the playing XI for Kartik Tyagi. On the other hand, the Royal Challengers Bangalore finally ended their losing streak in the previous game against the Chennai Super Kings. The bowling department of RCB is pretty strong but their batting needs some work. They had six wins in eleven games, sitting at the fourth position.
