Due to the pandemic, it was very unexpected that John Wick: Chapter 4 and John Wick: Chapter 5 would start the film simultaneously, as the entire Hollywood shut down and studios had to battle tooth and nail on getting their productions scheduled to film at the exact time. Now the one reasons that Lionsgate left the only film Chapter 4 just before stepping forward with such another flick, and it just turns with the sense of confusion.
The latest interview with Wick director Chad Stahelski, John Wick: Chapter 4 will be the continuation of the previous three adaptations and provides a sense of finality based on the entire franchise.
The filmmaker reveals to Collider,” I think Chapter 4 is a good continuation of all three previous films, and it’s got a bit of a conclusion to it, which is great,” and the maker also added,” We introdu8ce a ton of new characters that have a lot to say about John Wick from his past and from obviously, present. I think it’s the brotherhood, it’s hope. It’s what the life would really be like as a bit of an essential crisis with John, and I think that’s the fun part of the movie.”
Once Stahelski used to serve as Wick star Keanu Reeves’s stunt double and set to put the stunt and fight work first into the franchise. Because of that, he and Keanu worked with new stunt teams drop around the world in near future.
Stahelski said, “ Keanu’s got some new skill sets, which is good. He’s got some new props, which are great.”

He also added,” we were fortunate enough to land some very interesting stunt teams from all over the world. And each stunt team to the separate countries, the Japanese stunt team, the French stunt team, the Bulgarian stunt team, all of them just got different experts and different martial arts that were forced to adopt the choreography to show different things. It’s fun.”

The current reports indicate that John Wick: Chapter 4 is set to hit theatres on 24th March 2023.
