OnePlus Nord 2T: Everything you need to know ahead of the India and Europe launch

OnePlus is going to officially announce the OnePlus Nord 2T as a mid-range smartphone in India and Europe on the 19th of May. The smartphone is already listed on the AliExpress e-commerce platform and is also available in many regions like Dubai and Nepal.

Now the company has officially confirmed the announcement date of the smartphone for the Indian and European markets. As the device is already available in Nepal we can already get the specifications of the smartphone. The pricing of the device will be different for the Indian and European markets.

Specifications of OnePlus Nord 2T:

The device has a 6.43-inch flat AMOLED panel with a 90Hz refresh rate and FHD+ resolution. It has a punch hole if the top left corner for the front camera like most OnePlus devices.

Under the hood, the smartphone has the Dimensity 1300 SoC paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The device comes with a 4,500mAh battery with 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging support. It boots Android 12-based OxygenOS 12.1 out of the box.

For optics, the device has a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 primary sensor with OIS support, an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. On the front, the device brings a 32-megapixel IMX615 sensor for selfies and video calls.

Expected Pricing of OnePlus Nord 2T:

The device is listed on AliExpress for around $400 and is already selling in Nepal at the below-mentioned prices.

  • 8GB+128GB: NPR 64,999 ~ ₹40,645
  • 12GB+256GB: NPR 74,999 ~ ₹46,900

But for the Indian market, the pricing is expected to be within ₹30,000.
