Netflix reveals the new documentary trailer, ‘ Hold Your Breath: The Ice Dive’. The documentary follows the tale of Johanna Nordblad as she aims to make a new world record for distance travelling under ice along with one breath.
The story is about determination, courage, and breaking records. It seems that this documentary literally left us to stick to holding our breath. We have shocked by imagining the experience of the diver in that freezing water.
Hold Your Breath: The Ice Dive: Plot
The trailer starts with the glimpse of the diver sitting on the ice getting prepared to dive into the water at the ice hole. Two men start the countdown behind. The lady thinks in her mind that, “Girls can do anything men can do,” the trailer shows a freezing island covered with snow and a lady swimming under the ice as she wants to explore how far she can dive from one ice hole to the another just on a single breath.
She claims that her record as the world record for women is 50 meters. The lady divers touch the ice staying under the water and express that the ice has not been broken for three years.
She is trying to dive further and desires to break the record by making eighty meters record in cold water, which is definitely a long drive, and she did it to go 82 meters and break the records. There is nobody who has been dived as far as she could.
One moment the lady diver thinks if something wrong happens with her, then she just drives home by herself. The countdown is ongoing as it reveals one minute, and the diver believes difficult things should not be left undone as the things are hard to do.
We can say that the documentary series really give us many lessons to battle hardship and difficulties. The trailer ends with the dive of the lady diver Johanna Nordblad in one ice hole.
