Paulo Dybala is set to leave Juventus at the end of the season. The Argentinian previously had an agreement with the club to extend his contract. But now, it seems like he will end up leaving as a free agent upon the expiry of his deal.

His agent, Jorge Antun, met Juventus board of directors today morning for a two-hour meeting. But, he wasn’t able to find an agreement with the club for a new deal for his client.

Paulo Dybala to exit Juventus in the summer

In late 2021, Juventus and Paulo Dybala had an agreement for a contract extension until 2026. The total salary that was promised to the forward was around €10 million per season, including add-ons.

Dybala will leave Juventus as free agent. There was full verbal agreement last October for €8m plus €2m net salary until 2026 – then Juve decided to change their proposal. ⚠️🇦🇷 #Dybala

But, the Bianconeri have now changed the offer for the Argentina international. They have offered a €6 million plus add-ons salary, which is not enough to convince the striker to extend his deal with the Turin club. And since Dybala is not happy with the terms that he has been offered, he will consider offers from other clubs from now onwards.

While no one has made a formal approach just yet, Inter Milan, Bayern Munich, Manchester City, Liverpool and Barcelona are interested in pursuing the striker.

The big money transfer of Dusan Vlahovic from Fiorentina was one of the reasons that prevented Juventus from matching the financial offer that they promised before the striker’s arrival. And now, they are set to lose their number 10 on a free transfer in the summer.
