The development team for Watch Dogs Legion has stated that title update 5.6 was the game’s final update. Watch Dogs Legion will no longer get updates, according to a new development update on the official Ubisoft site. In other words, September 2021’s 5.6 patch was the game’s final update. In the game’s online mode, however, players will be able to earn new and returning awards.
The team notes, TU 5.6 was their final update for Watch Dogs: Legion. However, in the Online Mode, you can expect reward tracks with both new and returning goodies. Season 4 Rebels, which has 80 ranks, will run until January 22, 2022, after which Season 5 Stripes will begin.
Following that, Seasons 3-5 will cycle and return to the game, giving you the chance to earn goodies you may have missed out on previously. A modified version of Aiden Pearce’s jacket, as well as Jackson’s mask and clothing set, are some of the incentives to look forward to.
“The game has evolved by leaps and bounds, with a tonne of material to explore, from a large near-future city to an action-packed Online Mode,” the blog article says. We’re quite proud of the game we’ve made, and we appreciate all of you who’ve come along for the ride in London this year. We’re excited to witness more of your Legion adventures!”
Watch Dogs Legion, the third installment in the Watch Dogs franchise, was published for PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Stadia in October of 2020. The game was also released for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles. Legion was initially announced in 2019 during the E3 conference.
