On Sunday, we will have the first El Clasico in 15 years without Sergio Ramos and Lionel Messi as part of the Real Madrid and Barcelona lineups. While they are now teammates in Paris, the new generation of the epic rivalry is now taking shape.

Barcelona currently features the third-youngest squad in La Liga with an average age of 26 years and 174 days. On the other hand, Real Madrid has the fifth-oldest team in La Liga with a median age of 28 years and 20 days. But despite the current scenario, Madrid have the record for the youngest side in the lineup with an average age of 25 years and 72 days in 2005/06.
