The Red Devils not only completed the signing of Jadon Sancho after a year of negotiations but also signed Raphael Varane to bolster their defence. If that wasn’t enough, they pulled off a heist to have Cristiano Ronaldo return to Manchester United after establishing himself as one of the best in the world.

1. PSG

PSG had not only the best transfer window of the summer but of all time. They signed Lionel Messi, Sergio Ramos, Gini Wijnaldum and Gigio Donnarumma as free agents and completed the paid signings of Achraf Hakimi and Nuno Mendes to bolster their wide defensive positions. With the best squad in Europe, Mauricio Pochettino will be expected to win every trophy available, especially with Neymar and Mbappe also in the team.
