OnePlus generally brings two sets of smartphones to the market. The first set of models come in around April and later, the improved versions in November approximately. But it seems this year will be exceptional as reports say no release of the OnePlus 9T model.
The fresh reports are saying that we won’t get the OnePlus 9T anymore. But, there is no confirmation there will be no smartphone from the OnePlus 9T series. The OnePlus 9T Pro still may come later this year. Only the OnePlus 9T model gets cancelled.
There may have multiple reasons for this step. For example, the expectation from the OnePlus 9T could be the same as the recently launched OnePlus Nord 2. Other than this, OnePlus also took some exceptional steps earlier. Like, the OnePlus 7T Pro was never available in the US and from the last year, we can take the OnePlus 8T Pro as an example.
