Acer is an old player in the gaming market, and the company has many big products under its portfolio. Recently a Chinese retailer, Taobao, has listed a new Acer gaming monitor under the Acer’s Predator series.
According to the listing provided by a Chinese retailer, the Predator XB323K will be a 32-inch IPS monitor and have a native resolution of 3,840 x 2,160 pixels (4K). And that’s not all; the monitor has a peak refresh rate of 144 HZ, and also it offers 1 ms of grey-to-grey response times. The Predator XB323K also supports NVIDIA G-SYNC to minimize screen tearing.
The Predator XB323K is Acer’s prized procession, as the device also is DisplayHDR 600 compliant, and also that the device peaks at 700 cd/m² with a 1,200:1 contrast ratio. According to the listings, we found that this 10-bit monitor covers 99.5% of AdobeRGB and 99% of DCI-P3 with a Delta E calibration of less than 1.
The Predator XB323K also has two DisplayPort 1.4 connections, two HDMI 2.1 ports, and four USB 3.0 ports. The gaming monitor also has dual 2 W speakers sitting within the monitor’s adjustable stand. The Chinese retailer Taobao also announced that the Predator XB323K would start shipping in November this year. However, the OEM, Acer, is yet to provide any details about releasing the 32-inch monitor outside of China.
But owing to the international reputation of the manufacturer, it’s to be expected that the OEM will decide to launch this amazing gaming monitor outside the Chinese market. I hope that the gaming monitor will be launched outside the market.
