YS Anil Reddy’s Daughter’s Wedding Reception: Vijay, Trisha and the Guests Who Made It Viral

One celebrity-packed evening in Chennai has the internet buzzing. The wedding reception of YS Anil Reddy’s daughter drew politicians, a business tycoon, and film stars, and a few photos spread within hours. Here’s who Anil Reddy is, who showed up, and why people are talking.

Who Is YS Anil Reddy?

Anil Reddy is the cousin of former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. According to Gulte, he is the son of YS George Reddy, brother of the late YSR. The family is well known in Telugu politics, so any big family event naturally draws attention. For more trending stories, explore Technosports.

Wedding Reception at a Glance

Vijay and Trisha Steal the Spotlight

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay attended the reception, and actress Trisha Krishnan arrived in a pink saree. Vijay’s mother, Shoba Chandrasekhar, was reportedly with them. Photos of the group went viral, partly because the two stars were seen together again after earlier public appearances, including a Chennai wedding reception in March. Neither has confirmed or denied the relationship rumours, so treat speculation as just that.

The Viral Group Photo

A picture showing Vijay, Trisha, Jagan Mohan Reddy, and industrialist Gautam Adani in one frame got plenty of attention, with Oneindia asking whether the CM met the Adani Group chief at the event. A photo shows people in the same place, not what they discussed, so avoid reading too much into it. BRS leader KTR was also reported among the attendees. A Quick Note on the Family Context

Don’t confuse this with a separate family wedding. YS Sharmila’s daughter, YS Anjali Reddy, was married in a different ceremony, and Sharmila had invited Vijay to that one too. Pre-wedding reports from Gulte described the Anil Reddy celebrations as a major gathering of the extended YS family, which explains the high-profile guest list.

Chennai Reacts

The event also made local headlines beyond the guest list. DT Next reported that the Chennai Corporation removed huge cutouts of CM Vijay and Jagan Mohan Reddy in the city around the reception. It’s a reminder of how closely politics and celebrity overlap at events like this.

Final Thoughts

This reception shows how a family celebration can turn into a headline factory when politics, cinema, and business share one room. Enjoy the glamour, but separate verified facts from speculation.
