Netflix Korea 10th Anniversary: 6 Titles Revealed, and One Zombie Is Very Much Alive

Ten years in, Netflix Korea threw a party in Seoul, and the guest list was packed. The Netflix Korea 10th anniversary showcase didn’t bring new footage, but it did bring dates, cast lineups and one big reveal.

Netflix Korea 10th Anniversary: Overview

The Big Reveal

Yoon Chan-young confirmed on stage that Cheong-san is alive, even though fans assumed he died at the end of season 1. Park Ji-hu teased a larger-scale zombie battle in the new setting of Seoul. There’s still no teaser or release date, though.

Who Showed Up

Song Hye-kyo, Gong Yoo and Kim Seol-hyun appeared for Tantara, a coming-of-age series set in a brutal era of the Korean entertainment industry. Lee Do-hyun and Shin Si-a introduced Grand Galaxy Hotel, a fantasy series from the Hotel Del Luna team. Byeon Woo-seok made his first public appearance as Sung Jin-woo for the live-action Solo Leveling. Beauty in the Beast has locked in its final Korean title, which translates as “Wolf Girl.”

A Reality Check

If you hoped for first looks, the event may have disappointed. Apart from the trailer for Possible Love, the showcase was mostly cast introductions. There was no first teaser for All of Us Are Dead season 2, no first look at Solo Leveling and no release dates for any 2027 titles. Still, the film Possible Love has been in select theatres since 23 September and arrives on Netflix on 6 November.
