What Akriti Said?
In her post, Akriti explained that when she ended the engagement, she had let the opinions of people close to her shape how she saw both Prithvi and their relationship. Looking back, she feels she was misguided and made the decision without having the honest conversation they deserved.
She took responsibility for that choice and for the hurt it caused. The couple have since talked openly, understood each other, and decided to be together again. She also asked people to respect their decision as they start over, and said she wants their future to be guided by their own trust and understanding.
