GTA 6 Beyond the Missions: Every Confirmed Side Activity in GTA 6

Rockstar Games has never shied away from packing its worlds full of things to do beyond the main storyline, and GTA 6 is shaping up to be its most activity-dense open world yet. Following the Extended Look reveal and additional details shared by content creators who visited Rockstar North for a hands-on preview, here’s everything confirmed so far.

Every Confirmed Side Activity in GTA 6: The Full Activity List

Content creator TGG, who experienced an early gameplay preview firsthand, has helped piece together an impressively long list of side content players can expect across Leonida.

Fitness Makes a Genuine Comeback

Gyms return in a meaningful way, bringing back a proper weight and muscle system that lets players actively shape Jason and Lucia’s physical appearance and fitness over time — a feature fans have wanted restored since GTA San Andreas.

Relationships Get Real Too

Beyond the physical activities, Rockstar has confirmed dating and relationship mechanics between protagonists Jason and Lucia, with their evolving bond playing an active role in both the story and the open-world experience itself.

Why It Matters

With this much confirmed already, and Rockstar historically holding plenty back for launch day surprises, GTA 6’s side content could end up rivaling the scale of its main story. The game arrives November 19, 2026, for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. For official updates, fans can check Rockstar Games’ official Newswire.
