A Love Other Than Yours: Seo Kang Jun and Ahn Eun Jin Reveal a 10-Year Relationship on the Brink of Change

Ten years together, living door-to-door, and finishing each other’s routines like clockwork — that’s the quiet stability at the heart of KBS 2TV’s upcoming drama A Love Other Than Yours. But newly released stills suggest that stability is about to be tested in ways neither partner saw coming.

Two Very Different Rhythms of Life

Seo Kang Jun stars as Namgoong Ho, a disciplined office worker whose life runs like clockwork — punctual mornings, tended plants, home-cooked meals, and a deep, quiet devotion to his girlfriend of a decade, Lee Mi Do (Ahn Eun Jin). His love language isn’t grand gestures; it’s showing up, every single day, with the same steady care.

Lee Mi Do couldn’t be more different. Once celebrated as a rising star in the indie film scene, she’s spent recent years chasing an elusive next opportunity, writing screenplays that haven’t yet found their moment. When frustration builds, she doesn’t retreat quietly — she heads to karaoke and belts it all out.

When Opposites Start to Crack

For ten years, their contrasting personalities have complemented each other beautifully — his structure balancing her chaos, her passion softening his routine. But the newly released stills hint that this long-standing equilibrium is starting to wobble, with unfamiliar emotions creeping into a relationship that once felt unshakeable.

A Love Other Than Yours: Key Details

Why This Drama Feels Different

Rather than leaning on typical rom-com tropes, A Love Other Than Yours seems intent on portraying love in its most unglamorous, real form — the kind built on routine, familiarity, and the quiet compromises that come after a decade together. That grounded approach, paired with two actors known for nuanced performances, makes this one of the more emotionally intriguing premieres of the season.

With the premiere just over a week away, fans are already speculating about what exactly threatens to unravel a relationship built on ten years of steady love.
