Fans have been asking the same question for months: after back-to-back reality gigs, has Tejasswi Prakash quietly stepped away from acting? Turns out, the answer is a firm no — and she’s just confirmed it herself.
What She Actually Said
In a chat with Mid-Day, Tejasswi Prakash cleared the air: hopping between Celebrity MasterChef, Laughter Chefs, and Desi Bling was never a sign she was done with fiction. She revealed she’s currently shooting for a new acting project she calls “extremely exciting” — though the details remain firmly under wraps.
Tejasswi Prakash Recap: Her 2026 So Far
| Show/Project | Role |
|---|---|
| Celebrity MasterChef | Contestant |
| Laughter Chefs | Contestant |
| Desi Bling | Contestant (got engaged here!) |
| Playgrounds Season 5 | Mentor |
| Upcoming acting project | Undisclosed |
The Bigger Picture
Tejasswi also opened up about her Khatron Ke Khiladi days, admitting her priorities have shifted after suffering multiple injuries during the show’s brutal stunts. It’s a candid glimpse into how far she’s come since her reality-TV breakout — a journey fans have followed closely, including her much-loved real-life romance with Karan Kundrra, which began on Bigg Boss 15 and led to their recent engagement on Desi Bling.
For now, whether the new project is a TV show, film, or something else entirely stays a mystery — but one thing’s certain: Tejasswi isn’t hanging up her acting boots anytime soon.
