‘Call My Agent!’ Is Officially Back: The Movie Reunites the Whole Cast This September

Five years after the agency’s doors closed, the chaos of French show business is returning to screens. Call My Agent! The Movie now has a confirmed release date, first footage, and a stacked returning cast — and even George Clooney is along for the ride.

When and Where to Watch

Netflix has confirmed a global release on September 10, 2026. The announcement came alongside the first footage — not quite a trailer, but a short scene featuring Camille Cottin’s Andréa Martel and Laure Calamy’s Noémie Leclerc — released after the cast’s Cannes red carpet appearance.

Call My Agent! Key Details

The Plot: Old Grudges, New Chaos

Set five years after the talent agency’s closure, the story follows Andréa as she finally prepares to direct her first feature film. Things spiral quickly: her lead actor quits, she clashes with her producer, and she partners with Noémie — now a successful reality TV producer — assuming she’ll be easy to control. As recasting chaos, on-set disasters, and a custody battle threaten to derail everything, former agency colleagues begin converging on the film set, each carrying their own baggage, egos, and unresolved history.

A Cast Reunion Years in the Making

After years of scheduling conflicts and script development following the show’s 2020 finale, the entire main cast has been confirmed to return: Laure Calamy, Thibault de Montalembert, Grégory Montel, Nicolas Maury, Fanny Sidney, and Liliane Rovère, alongside guest appearances from Laetitia Casta, Vincent Macaigne, Ophélia Kolb, and Anne Marivin.

The George Clooney Connection

Perhaps the biggest surprise is the confirmed cameo from George Clooney, something writer Fanny Herrero had long hoped to pull off given the ambition behind bringing the beloved series to the big screen. Clooney reportedly requested the entire shoot be condensed into a single day at one location. Eva Longoria’s involvement, meanwhile, stemmed from ongoing conversations around adapting the franchise for Latin American audiences, given her active role as a producer in film and television.

A Global Franchise Built From French Roots

Originally airing in France as Dix Pour Cent starting in 2015, the series became an internal hit and helped launch Camille Cottin’s international career. Netflix later acquired global streaming rights, rebranding it internationally as Call My Agent! — a title that has since inspired adaptations across multiple countries, including versions produced in India, the UK, and Italy.
