Love Bait follows Kwon Chae U, the brilliant but psychopathic heir to a powerful conglomerate, whose congenital condition has left him unable to understand human emotion. The series is adapted from the webnovel Flowers Are Bait and written by Kim Yi Young, whose past credits include Haechi, Dong Yi, and Netflix’s Celebrity.
Who’s Starring?
Woo Do Hwan leads as Kwon Chae U, a role built around a dramatic emotional transformation. He’s best known to Netflix audiences for both seasons of Bloodhounds, alongside roles in Mr. Plankton and The King: Eternal Monarch.
Chae Soo Bin plays So Yi Yeon. She previously starred in Netflix’s The Fabulous and When the Phone Rings, with a third Netflix series, Take Charge of My Heart, also due later this year.
