Just when Ha Seok Jin and Hani’s characters seemed on the verge of finding their way back to each other, someone else jumped in first. “Love on the Menu” has released new stills teasing the fallout of two surprise confessions — and it’s about to complicate everything.
After Jo Heung Sik was injured saving Han Gyu Rim’s son, and Jang Seo Hyun collapsed protecting Kim Moo Jin from an allergic reaction, both leads were left overwhelmed with guilt. That guilt spilled into unexpected confessions — Kim Moo Jin confessed to Jang Seo Hyun, while Han Gyu Rim confessed to Jo Heung Sik.
What’s Coming in Episode 9
The new stills show Jang Seo Hyun caught between excitement and confusion after Kim Moo Jin’s confession, while he himself looks determined to follow his heart. Meanwhile, Jo Heung Sik is left red-faced and speechless by Han Gyu Rim’s sudden admission, clearly struggling to process the shift.
Adding more mystery: one still shows Han Gyu Rim collapsed, pale and sweating, raising real concern about what’s happened to her. Another teases a quiet meeting between Han Gyu Young and Kim Yoon Jin — the sisters of the two leads — hinting at a conversation that could shake things up further.
