While fans wept happy tears watching Thalapathy Vijay’s final bow, one actress was crying for a very different reason — her entire role had vanished from the film.
What Happened
Thalapathy Vijay’s much-awaited final film, Jana Nayagan, finally released in theaters after months of anticipation. But amid the wave of fan celebrations, Tamil television actress Anandhi Ajay took to social media in tears after discovering every scene she filmed had been edited out of the final theatrical cut entirely. Fans following South cinema updates on TechnoSports know a moment like this cuts especially deep for an actor who’d spent months anticipating the release.
Who Is Anandhi Ajay?
Anandhi Ajay is a well-known face in Tamil television, having starred in popular serials like Karthigai Pengal, Yamuna, Kana Kaanum Kaalangal, and Kallikattu Pallikoodam. Beyond acting, she’s a trained classical dancer and yoga enthusiast, and has appeared on several popular dance reality shows including Dance Jodi Dance 3.0, Jodi No. 1 Seasons 6 and 7, and Maanada Mayilada Season 7.
