Tiger Shroff and Vidyut Jammwal Are Finally Teaming Up — And It’s Going to Be Explosive

Bollywood action fans, brace yourselves. Two of the industry’s most physically gifted stars are stepping into the ring together for the first time, and the director behind them isn’t messing around either.

The Dream Pairing Nobody Saw Coming

Pinkvilla has exclusively learned that filmmaker Anubhav Sinha is set to direct Tiger Shroff and Vidyut Jammwal in a brand-new action entertainer, backed by Bhushan Kumar of T-Series. This marks Sinha’s next big project after his film Assi, and it brings together two actors who’ve built their careers on very different fighting styles — a combination fans have wanted for years.

What We Know So Far

Sources close to the project reveal that both actors have already given their nod, and the film is currently being shaped with a strong emphasis on scale and spectacle. Sinha reportedly has a clear vision: create a high-octane entertainer that lets both stars flex their individual strengths rather than overlap them.

The project is in pre-production, with the screenplay and action choreography being actively developed. Given the level of detail going into the fight design, this could turn into one of the most anticipated action releases once it goes on floors later this year.

Why This Combo Works

Tiger Shroff brings acrobatic, high-speed agility reminiscent of parkour and gymnastics, while Vidyut Jammwal is known for his grounded, technical martial arts background — a discipline rooted in traditions like Kalaripayattu, one of the world’s oldest martial arts forms. Putting these contrasting styles on screen together gives choreographers a rare canvas to build something fresh.
